2. Privacy

The collection and storage of personal information submitted to PLEASE WAIT to be SEATED is governed by the The Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data and by our Privacy Policy. Whenever you visit the site, or register your details or purchase from the site, you agree to be governed by these Terms & Conditions and by our Privacy Policy.

3. Ordering

When you place an online order through the site, you will be requested to provide personal and card payment details. As part of the online transaction, we will perform a fraud credit check. By submitting a payment through the site, you are granting permission for us to carry out such checks as required.

Orders on the site are subject to the required stock availability. Items added to your basket on the site will not be reserved for you, and are available for sale to other customers browsing the online store at the same time.

When you have placed your order via the site, stock will be reserved for your purchase. However, sales will not be finalised until the order dispatches from the warehouse, and payment is successfully taken.

4. Pricing

All site pricing will be shown in either Euros (EUR), Danish kroner (DKK), Swedish kronor (SEK), Norwegian kroner (NOK), Britih pound (GBP) or Swiss franc (CHF).

Orders can only be placed in the currency relating to your shipping country, and we are unable to offer alternative currency pricing to any customer.

Tax

All prices are shown inclusive of tax.

Sale pricing adjustments

From time to time, PLEASE WAIT to be SEATED will run discounted pricing on specific items as part of a sale or promotion.

Typos

PLEASE WAIT to be SEATED is not liable for typos in prices and product descriptions, changes in prices, VAT and other sales tax rates, items that are sold out or have been discontinued or any failure to perform that is due to force majeure.

5. Payment & Order Acceptance

We accept the following payment types on our site:

  • Visa Electron
  • Mastercard
  • MobilePay
  • Swish
  • PayPal

Please note that not all payment methods are available in all markets.

Payments for all orders are taken on dispatch of goods, and are subject to fraud checks and checks by the card issuer.

By submitting your order on our site, you are confirming that the credit/debit card is yours or that you have authority from the cardholder to make the payment. We reserve the right to refuse payments & orders for customers who are not 18 years of age or older.

We will process your payments securely via our QuickPay payments system, and all payment details will be encrypted.

Your payment and order will only be deemed as final when final payment is taken on dispatch of your goods. We reserve the right to refuse any payments or cancel orders at our own discretion.

6. Shipping

Free shipping* in the EU on purchases above DKK 1.000,- incl. VAT/EUR 135,- incl. VAT (or equivalent in other currencies).

On purchases below DKK 1.000,- incl. VAT/EUR 135,- incl. VAT we will charge shipping fee on DKK 100,- / EUR 31,- (or equivalent in other currencies).

*For islands not connected to the European mainland by a bridge (e.g., Mallorca, Ibiza, Corsica, Sicily, Sardinia, the Canary Islands, etc.), an additional delivery fee of EUR 120,- (or equivalent in other currencies) may apply. We will contact you if this affects your order.

7. Delivery

We offer delivery to addresses throughout the EU. Items are delivered within 1-15 business days if the order is in stock. 

8. Damaged parcels

The goods are insured in transit and we kindly ask you to check the content of the parcel upon receipt. If the parcel and/or the content are damaged upon receipt, please let us know within 24 hours after receipt so we can get the item cost refunded. We are responsible for goods, which have been damaged in transit. We will kindly replace the item or return the cost of the item if no longer in stock.

9. Missing a delivery

Once we hear from you, we will try to track your parcel. If not tracked within 14 days, we will forward a new parcel without cost.

10. Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for an exchange or refund, provided it is within 14 days of receipt of your order. Items should be returned in as-new condition and preferably in their original packaging. You may handle and inspect the product as you would in a physical store, but you may be liable for any loss in value if the product has been used more than necessary.

To initiate a return, simply send us an email: pwtbs@evasolo.com.

Please note that you are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

All returns for orders must be sent back to PLEASE WAIT to be SEATED within 14 days of the refund or exchange request being made.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will include the full purchase amount and any standard delivery costs paid when ordering. If the returned item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to evaluate it, a deduction may be made corresponding to the loss in value.

For customers within the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. To exercise this right, please notify us in writing via email at pwtbs@evasolo.com.

Customers outside the EU and EEA:
If you are located outside the European Union or European Economic Area (e.g. Switzerland), local consumer protection laws may differ. However, we aim to provide the same high level of service and offer a 14-day return period for all orders, unless otherwise stated.

11. Complaints – if the product is defective

Your purchase is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven) – 2-year warranty – including the non-conformity rules. This means that you can either have a non-conforming product repaired or exchanged or receive a refund or a reduction in the price depending on the specific situation.

The complaint must obviously be justified, and the non-conformity must not have arisen as a result of the incorrect use of the product or other negligent behavior.

You must contact us within a “reasonable period of time”.

You must submit your complaint within a “reasonable period of time” of having discovered that the product is non-conforming.

We suggest that you submit your complaint as quickly as possible, and certainly within two months of discovering any defect.

Depending on the specific situation, you will then receive further instructions.

12. Intellectual property rights

Usage of the PLEASE WAIT to be SEATED site grants you no rights to any copyright or intellectual property rights relating to the content of the site. All copyright is protected under national and international law.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms & conditions are governed by Danish law and you and we agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts in respect of any matter arising hereunder.
