The TUBBY TUBE linear pendant, designed by Faye Toogood, is a sleek, tubular aluminium beam that appears to float in midair as it hangs from the ceiling. The lamp combines a slim, refined profile with a sense of sturdiness—striking a balance between slender and substantial. Subtle details, such as the hidden light source and the repetition of distinct shapes, highlight Faye Toogood’s sculptural approach and her talent for blending artistic expression with playful functionality. The hollow cavity lights up, directing LED light downward to produce a warm, diffused glow that reduces glare and softens shadows. Its elongated shape and ability to illuminate larger areas make it ideal for dining tables, kitchen islands, or office spaces. To adjust the brightness, simply touch the metal wire: tap to turn it on or off; hold to dim or brighten. During installation, the pendant’s height can be customised by adjusting the metal wires.
